What to expect in a HiiT class at Mick’s
HiiT classes run for 45 minutes. Each class includes a combination of cardio, strength and core exercises, all designed to deliver a killer full-body workout. You can expect equipment-based exercises (like skipping, kettlebell swings and battle ropes) as well as bodyweight training (like sprints, squat jumps and burpees). Every day is different, so you’ll never get bored.
Our HiiT classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Every class is led by an experienced trainer who can modify exercises to suit your needs.

Want more than HiiT?
We offer a range of additional classes, like abs, booty and pilates, to complement your HiiT program. You also get access to a fully equipped gym, so you can train your own way, at your own time. There will always be a personal trainer on hand to answer your questions.
