While both facilities are owned and managed under the Mick’s umbrella, they are not connected in any way. Membership for Mick’s HiiT is completely separate to membership for Mick’s Gym.
No. Every day will have a different workout to keep your body and mind guessing. You’ll never get bored training at Mick’s HiiT!
Yes, absolutely. HiiT classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Each class is led by an experienced instructor who can modify exercises to suit your needs.
While HiiT classes are our primary focus, we also offer additional classes like abs, booty and pilates. Our group fitness timetable will be shaped by feedback and requests from members.
No problem. Your membership includes full gym access, so you can do your own workouts any time during opening hours. We have a wide range of traditional gym equipment including pin-loaded machines, squat racks and cardio machines.
No, not at this stage. Access to Mick’s HiiT is for members only.
No, not at this stage. Our current opening hours are 5am – 8pm. If there is demand from members, we may consider extending our hours in the future.
Yes. Membership to Mick’s HiiT will be capped at 250 members. This will ensure we can provide a safe, community environment with a personal level of service.
